We helped the team rethink more than just the layout. We ran a brand sprint, redefined the strategy and built a new storytelling.

The challenge

Medusmo came with a wireframe and a clear ask: a website. But we stepped back to explore their goals. Through a Brand Sprint, we uncovered what makes them unique and built a brand strategy that called for a completely new structure and message.

Wireframe + SB7

We scrapped the original layout and redesigned the UX from scratch. Using the StoryBrand 7 framework, we defined three core personas and shaped a clear narrative.

AI helped us quickly draft tailored content, which we refined with the client in real time. The result was a site that speaks to real users with clarity and purpose.

Webflow

We built the site in Webflow using our own responsive framework. Text styles, spacing, and components were ready to go, making development fast and future updates easy. The client can now edit the site without needing a developer.

Animations + Visuals

We brought the brand to life with custom 3D assets in Spline, parallax, and microanimations. The site feels premium, dynamic, and intuitive. Every motion and transition was designed to increase engagement and express quality.

Outcome

Medusmo’s site now reflects their bold vision - clear, modern, and strategic. It’s been recognized globally, winning Site of the Day and Developer Award on Awwwards, FWA of the Day, and Website of the Day on CSSDA. It’s also featured on SiteInspire, Maxi Best Of, and Land-book.

This wasn’t just about design. It was about telling the right story, the right way.
